Horsham Piazza Italia charity event, Horsham, West Sussex
The Club returns to Horsham on Easter Saturday for this charity event for Italian cars and motorcycles. It was well supported last year with a lot of effort put in by the organisers. It promises to be an even better event this year. Parade commences 10am at Lintot Square, Southwater, West Sussex just off the A24. Italian coffees laid on in the square. We move off at 11.30am on the 3 mile drive to Horsham. The Club will have its own area in the town and the static display will terminate at 3pm. All proceeds will go to Chestnut Tree House Charity.

Please inform Club Secretary by 1st April 2009 if you can support. All Italian supercars welcome. Currently 7 cars booked in from the DTDC as we closed for press. Each car we suggest offers £5 to the charity

Saturday 25th April 2009
Bristol Italian Auto Moto Festival
The DTDC have been attending this event for the last 5 years and it is well worth going to with many Italian marques on display, both cars and motorcycles. A section of streets in the old part of the city are closed off for the festival. Having spoken to the organiser, he has confirmed 3 Club members in their De Tomasos have already reserved a space. Please make your reservation direct with the organiser.

International Celebration - 50 years of De Tomaso. Meeting in Modena, Italy
Quite a number of Club members have booked and will be making their way to this great event, the details of which have been in the last two Club News.

Although the deadline has passed, I’m sure that, provided that the hotels still have accommodation, we could arrange a last minute reservation. Some members not driving are flying down to Bologna. I believe some other DTDC members are driving to Austria to join the Swedish De Tomaso club drivers.

As we close for press, 9 members and guests have booked. If you haven't informed the Club you are going, I would appreciate an e-mail please, thanks. phil (dot) stebbings (at) virgin.net

Goodwood Supercar Breakfast
Many members will have attended Goodwood Breakfasts. A first Sunday theme, this particular Sunday features ‘Supercars’. It will be well supported and you are advised to arrive before 9 am.

Because of the number of supercars on the static track line-up and in the paddock, it will be difficult to keep all the De Tomasos together. No need to reserve or phone, just turn up on the morning. Drivers and spectators normally start to disperse around noon.
